Kevin is a graduate of Macomb Community College in Warren, MI. He enjoys working with his team of technicians at Bay Auto Care. His passion is the need for speed – he loves snowmobiling and watching any sort of racing! He also enjoys camping with his family and friends.

Janet has an Associate Degree from Olivet Nazarene University in Kankakee, IL. She loves greeting Customers and getting to know them and their families. She also enjoys – Making Jewelry, re-purposing items, and camping!

Starting late 2023 and after years of experience around the shop, Jacob took on the position of Manager.

Jacob loves helping connect the customer needs with the proper service demands of their vehicle, no matter the circumstances.

He is one of the best parts locator around, and is great with simplifying technical speak to customers that want a high-level understanding of the problems with their vehicle.

Jacob loves taking trips to Silverlake Sand Dunes to ride anything with 4-wheels that will *kick up* the sand!

Doug is a technician certified in Michigan who attends advanced training courses to keep his repair efforts up to date. As an employee since 1992, he has seen many changes throughout the years. Doug loves camping and hunting with his wife and two children.

Nate is a technician certified in Michigan who has attended Delta College for his Automotive education. He loves playing sports of any kind and has a daughter named Gemma who is his pride and joy!
